The seller guarantees that each puppy leaves here in good health and with all age appropriate shots administered by a licensed veterinarian and worming done prior to leaving our premises. If the puppy is returned for a health issue found within the first five (5) business days of pick up, the seller will refund the price of the puppy, veterinarian bills excluded. If the puppy is not checked out in this time frame the buyer is accepting the puppy "as is" at time of purchase and the health guarantee is voided. The buyer must present a written explanation of issues by a licensed veterinarian to the seller.
The seller will guarantee the health of each puppy for one (1) year. This is a replacement only guarantee after the first week after pick up. This will only cover life threatening or fatal genetic/congenital issues. It will not cover internal parasites, communicable diseases, injury or death from an accident. If a condition is found during the one year period the seller must be notified within three (3) days. After confirmation of diagnosis from Seller's Veterinarian, a replacement puppy can be chosen. If there are no puppies available at the time then the buyer will be put down for the first available one when it is whelped. The puppy with an issue must be returned to the seller in good condition, at the buyer's expense if shipping applies. If the buyer chooses to keep the puppy after diagnosis of genetic issues then the buyer assumes all responsibility from there on at their own cost. Any medical bills accumulated by the buyer are not the responsibility of the seller. This guarantee is not transferrable to another party.
Our puppies are not sold with a guarantee that they will be breeding, show, competition or working dogs. Temperament is not guaranteed. How much shedding or hypoallergenic is not guaranteed. Final size, color, markings of the puppy and coat types (straight, wavy, curly, etc) are not guaranteed. I do not guarantee that this puppy will be housebroken.
The buyer promises that he/she is not purchasing the puppy for the purpose of brokering, selling the puppy for a profit, any illegal or immoral activity, for use in a puppy mill or any other mass-producing operation.
The buyer agrees to take good care of this puppy, and feed and house the puppy properly. If at any point in the puppy's life it is found to be neglected, abused or allowed to live in poor health or conditions the seller has all rights to repossession of the dog with no refund to buyer.
If for any reason the buyer is unable to keep the puppy purchased at any point in its life, it is agreed that the seller will be contacted before any action is taken to rehome the puppy or dog. The buyer and the seller will decide together what the best course of action is for rehoming the puppy or dog.
This contract represents any and all agreements between the Buyer and the Seller. No other agreements or promises, verbal or implied are included unless stated herein.
